The only difference between a rut and a grave are the dimensions. – Ellen Glasgow.

You have to know this truth and take care not to make the mistake of believing that a rut is different from a grave.

Except in dimensions, a rut and a grave are the same. The good news is, when you’re stuck in a rut, you still have the gift of life and the chance to get out of it.

Many human beings with life in them unconciously reject the chance to get out of the rut.

When they’re stuck in a rut, they roll over and lie with the face down and not face up, where they can see the stars.

With their face down, they give up on life and go into a state where they dream no more and hope no more for a better day.

Now, what is the difference between death and lost of hope? Isn’t one dead when all hope is lost?
