There are more things … likely to frighten us than there are to crush us… – Seneca.

..we suffer more often in imagination than in reality.

What most don’t realize is that,

we’re stronger than what our worst fears often birth,
when the child of our worst fear comes alive,
with acceptance of the reality and the preparedness
to find a way out,
we realize that

the reality of what we feared so much
hasn’t crushed us,
but has actually taken us to areas of strength within us,
we never imagined we had;

So, give no chance to anxiety to wreck your life,

because all our worst fears can’t come alive in one lifetime.
