“Don’t be afraid to employ people who will force you out of your comfort zone.” – George Foreman.

Employ those who share your vision,
your mission, persistence, tenacity and devotion
employ those who refuse to share the complacency of your comfort zone
employ those bold enough to give you the nudge
to go for it when opportunities for growth show up
disguised as problems that must be solved;

employ those courageous enough to push you
and make you see that within you
is a deposit of greatness, hundred times better than
what you’ve given out.
