“You talk when you cease to be at peace with your thoughts;..” – Khalil Gibran.

Your are,
the thoughts of your heart;
if you’ve peace in your heart,
then you’ve peace in your life,

the attainment of complete presence of mind
obliterates the torment of an ever troubled heart;
the abundance of a troubled heart
is overflowing flood of complaints and anger
that sweeps away every good thing
at the infancy of its beginning;

But when you’re at peace with your thoughts
you become a dwelling place of comfort,
you, the weak and the strong come for support;

people flock to you,
because you listen more
and talk only when the words from your lips
are the purest form of wisdom from a heart at peace.

“You talk when you cease to be at peace with your thoughts;
And when you can no longer dwell in the solitude of your heart you live in your lips, and sound is a diversion and a pastime.
And in much of your talking, thinking is half murdered.”
Khalil Gibran.
