Your hand on the doorknob,
you’re about to step out into the business world

As the owner, you’re the first employee of your company,
If you’re not fully equipped to face the reality
of fearlessly swimming with the sharks
and coming out alive,
then expect no new hire
to demonstrate the culture of being faithful in good and bad times;

When the fish head is still alive,
the other part of the body continues to bestride the water,

So, before you open the door
and step out into the business world,
Be aware;

That, “The first people in a company are the most important. They will hire people like themselves and create a culture that either works or eats away at the chance for success.” – Tom Anderson.
