If you easily forget what’s insignificant and you hardly remember what’s not important? Then finding it difficult to remember what you worried about one year ago today means it wasn’t important.

It means you wasted your time worrying about what wasn’t going to contribute an inch to your progress. Worrying profits you nothing. Instead it drains and weakens you emotionally and physically. So quit worrying and start working.
